Recently, we have noticed that fraudulent unsolicited text messages have been sent that may mislead users. These text messages invite you to pay your fine on a phishing site that does not display as amendes.gouv.fr or www.amendes.gouv.fr.

Under no circumstances click on the link or links in this message.

The only text messages sent for the payment of fines concern immediate payment when a police officer issues a penalty notice in the field:

• you receive the text message in the presence of the officer
• the payment link received by text message points directly to the amendes.gouv.fr or www.amendes.gouv.fr website.

Do not click on a link if it is not compliant.

The only website on which you can pay your fines is www.amendes.gouv.fr
