La garde des sceaux, Nicole Belloubet en visite à l'ANTAI

On Friday 23 March 2018, the Minister of Justice visited the National Processing Centre (CNT) in Rennes, accompanied by Mr Christophe Mirmand, Prefect of the Brittany region, Mr Xavier Ronsin, first President of the Rennes Court of Appeal, and Mr Jean-François Thony, Prosecutor General at the Rennes Court of Appeal.

Welcomed by Mr Henri Prévost, Director of ANTAI and Mr Nicolas Jacquet, Public Prosecutor, the Minister of Justice was able to attend all the operations necessary for the processing of offences detected by radar and electronic report.

The last stage of her visit: the presentation of the future premises of the Rennes public prosecutor's office at the CNT. Thanks to the electronic report (PVe), an application developed by ANTAI, the processing of certain offences (driving without a licence, driving without insurance, etc.) will soon be the subject of a flat-rate fine procedure. The CNT will handle these offences in their entirety, from the receipt of infringement messages to the payment of fines, including the handling of disputes by the public prosecutor's office.
