Automated road traffic enforcement in France

The term ‘Automated road traffic enforcement’ refers to all the stages involved in processing a road traffic offence detected by an automatic traffic enforcement camera, such as speeding offences, for example.

From the National Processing Centre (CNT), ANTAI coordinates the entire road traffic offence process, from managing the offence notice (MIF) generated by traffic enforcement cameras based on the data they have detected, to sending out the fixed penalty notice, and processing payments and appeals.
